Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging for prompt resolution.
